Just in time for the holidays, I am pleased to announce that I will be teaching cooking classes at La Cuisine, Bozeman's newest gourmet specialty store, and cooking class studio. Coconut Inn

The Coconut Inn is a special place where the kitchen never closes and there's always an extra seat at the table. 

In this fun class, 1/11/21, we feature a West Indian Butternut Squash soup, Yucatan Salad with Mango, Cartagena Coconut Rice, and Jamaican Jerk Pork with a Guava glaze.




Middle Eastern food is filled with bold flavors emanating from a variety of spices, herbs, fruits, and vegetables.


Come and travel with us and explore the flavors from Greece, Israel, and Turkey. Start the class with a couple of Meze dishes like Labneh ( a homemade cheese made with Greek yogurt) with tomatoes and pita and Muhammara, a dip made with roasted bell peppers and walnuts, followed by Kofta kebob made with local lamb or beef, creamy tzatziki, sumac pickled onions, a colorful Mediterranean black chickpea, orange, and tomato, salad, made with local chickpeas from Timeless Food, and basmati rice with pistachios and mint,


Chef Claudia will share with you her scrumptious and simple orange-olive oil, polenta cake.
